A hole in the wall of the gastrointestinal tract called Perforation. Long standing stomach ulcer can also cause perforation. It is serious condition in which stool leak into patients abdomen causing peritonitis & septicemia. Obstruction is blockage in gastrointestinal track.

Symptoms are severe abdominal pain, vomiting Fever, abdominal distention.

Delay in surgical management of this condition is Life Threatening.

Surgery done by Laparoscopic & Open method depending on patients condition.
